What we have been a part of:
Our experienced team has been training trauma registrars on a local, state and national level since 1996. Members of our team have written, revised and helped maintained the American Trauma Society Trauma Register Course (TRC), taught on site class around the United States, and were instrumental in the production of the TRC distant learning program. We have assisted with specialized training classes for the US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), American College of Surgeons (ACS) NTDB and TQIP online training, as well as serving as TQIP national conference presenters and moderators.
What does this mean for you?
We have gathered all of this experience and developed a mentorship program to deliver this same high quality education to trauma registrars worldwide.
We have designed a set of lectures, exercises, case studies, and webinars to provide extensive training while “On the Job” with the new trauma registrar in mind. Our on the job training plan allows you to remain in your normal working situation while using actual “live” experience in conjunction with our instructors and materials.

Pomphrey Consulting Education Policies
Students who register for a training course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. Refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:
Class size is limited, so please register early.
- The student/user did not access any portion of the online course AND the student/user requests a refund, in writing via email to [email protected] prior to the start date of the course.
- There will be no refunds once a course has been accessed in any manner.
- A full refund will be issued minus a nonrefundable administration fee of $100 on any course and $10 on any webinar prior to the start of the course.
- Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Every effort will be made to notify students of cancellations and refunds will be made.
- Refunds typically take 14 - 21 days to be processed.

Don't just take our word for it.
Our clients have something to say...
As LERN continues in our efforts to develop a comprehensive trauma system in the state, we identified a need for trauma registry training. Due to past success working with Pomphrey Consulting, we chose to tap into their expertise again. Interest throughout the state was high as hospitals realized that Michelle Pomphrey and her group would be providing the education and follow up. We appreciate Pomphrey Consulting for bringing this high quality, sought after education to Louisiana and will enjoy our ongoing partnership as we work to achieve this important performance excellence measure.
