How We Started
We saw a need, and now we are working to equip and educate to serve trauma programs.
When we started volunteering with other organizations, we saw firsthand the rising need for education, training, and hands on assistance among trauma registrars to manage their trauma program registry databases. Common themes were recognized: trauma centers’ registry backlogs, incomplete/invalid data, lack of report generation and inefficient registry management.
We truly believed that our diverse team had the local, state and national experience to help our fellow trauma registrars, and in 2000, we began assisting trauma centers and trauma programs around the country.

Since our beginning, our team has been assisting with thousands of chart abstractions for all levels of trauma centers, initiating new trauma registry programs, statewide trauma registry development, data validation audits for individual and state level hospitals, and educational training.
We establish a bond with our clients and continue to be their active resource to provide accurate answers for their questions and support long after our contracts end.

With the growing attention to trauma data, data driven performance improvement, and trauma benchmarking, we have launched our Education and Training Division. We will continue to provide our current trauma registry management services, while sharing our years of experience with fellow trauma registrars. We understand the limited budgets that hospitals endure and have focused on providing affordable educational opportunities for trauma registrars and other members of the trauma team. We now offer a wide variety of essential topic focused training for the trauma registrar.
