Format: This is a 4-week, self-directed program with live remote Instructor led Q&A session.

Overview: This course provides the most up-to-date information and tools to successfully manage a trauma program. Topics covered in this course include:
- Role/Job
- Analysis of the new ACS standards
- Trauma Registry Fundamentals
- Performance Improvement Processes and Analytics
- Verification and Review
With live and pre-recorded presentations, this course will provide you with best practices and current methods essential to program leaders. These methods include:
- Inputting and interpreting data to support your initiatives, learning PI processes and achieving good loop closure,
- How to perform chart reviews and format your documents to the current ACS standards.
- What is needed for a successful site survey.
Taught by experienced and successful TPMs, this course delivers the inside knowledge to help you be successful.
