Format: This is a 4-week, self-directed program with weekly Instructor led Q&A sessions.
Credits: 45 Contact hours or 45 Nursing Credit hours approved by Virginia Nursing Association
Recommended: An anatomy and ICD10 books for reference throughout the course.
Registration Deadline: Registration deadline is 5 days prior to the start date
Overview: This course will submerge the Registrar into the evolution of trauma data, with topics such as Performance Improvement, Data Management, and focusing on the NTDS data dictionary and TQIP. This course will also aid the advanced Trauma Registrar in preparation for their certification exam.
