Marcela Juarez, MBA, BSHI, RHIT, CCS
Marcela currently serves as a Project Team Lead and Content Expert at Pomphrey Consulting, while also working full‑time as a Data Management Analyst and Lead Trauma Registrar at a Level I Trauma Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.
Marcela is a Certified Project Manager, Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), and Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). She brings extensive expertise in data analytics, performance improvement, and process optimization, with a proven track record of guiding planning and project execution, leading hospital‑wide system upgrades, and developing policies and procedures.
With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Marcela has a diverse background spanning pathology, general laboratory services, physician offices, health information management, and trauma care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and continuously seeking new learning opportunities.
