Classroom Access
How do I find my meeting rooms?
Once you have logged into the Adobe Connect system, Click on Home / Click on ‘My Meetings’. You may have to scroll down to find the room that corresponds to your syllabus.
An alternative way to log into the exact room is to locate the date of the class you are looking for on the Linear Calendar that was downloaded from the Mentorship Orientation room and then click on the hyperlink provided for that date.

A mobile app for Adobe Connect is available for phones and tablets. Please go to the apps store for a free download. You will still need your username and password to log in as well as the URL link listed in the syllabus.

Please ignore the date and time listed by each classroom. These are the dates and times when the room was created. Once a classroom is created it is re-used for future classes. Please enter the room by clicking on the URL or the “ENTER ROOM” button during the class times.
I don’t have a headset can I still take the class?
Although we do highly encourage the use of a headset to fully participate in the class, you are able to participate in class by using the CHAT box for any questions or comments.

I missed a night of class. What do I do?

Please email education@pomphreyconsulting.com immediately with your circumstances and we will address these. You will have a limited time to perform any make up work to receive contact hour credit.

Assignments & Quizzes
What if I fail one of the quizzes or the final exam?
We do not grade the quizzes or final exam in a pass / fail standard. Pomphrey Consulting evaluates the questions, as a whole, to determine if we need to focus more classroom attention on a particular subject. The status of the quiz / test does not affect your contact hours for the course. You will receive credit for taking the exams and quizzes no matter the grade. Students are encouraged to use the questions answered incorrectly as a tool to identify areas for improvement and review those areas in the course.
How do I know if I did all of my homework?
There is a Class Check Off sheet available for each program located in the Orientation Room for download. Please refer to this as a check off list for your assignments. Contact hours are given for each completed assignments received by the due date.
How do I calculate the contact hours?
Contact hours are awarded to each student based on their work. Classroom reports are generated which include the dates and times that each student has logged into the classroom, weekly exercises, weekly quizzes, final exam, and the live Faculty calls. The total hours are listed on each course certificate.
Will I receive a confirmation that my exam has been submitted?
You will not receive a separate confirmation that your exam was submitted. Once you submit the last question to the exam, you will see a page that states ‘Thanks for participating – you may now close out the quiz/final. CE certificates will be sent to you.’

Anatomy Class
Can an anatomy course be completed partly in a live course and partly using the recorded session?
Anatomy is only offered via recorded session for all Pomphrey Consulting programs.
What if I took the Recorded Anatomy session and forgot to download the reference materials?
You can always go back to the link and open the lecture where you will be able to download your materials.

What if I missed some of the additional resources during the week?
The additional resources available for download each night during class are also available in the Weekly Q&A Session with Faculty. We do not email these out.
How do I get copies of the slides?
Once your confidentiality statement is received you will have an Adobe Connect account set up. There is an orientation classroom which contains all of the pdf slides that you will need for your class. There will be an email notice sent that alerts you to the dates and times this classroom will be open. During that timeframe (and only that timeframe) you will be able to download all of the slides to your computer.
Can you email me the slides?
Unfortunately the files are very large and most email accounts will not allow for this. The download process is quick and easy and only takes seconds for the student. The orientation classroom is open for 3 days and allows the student to enter and download at a time that best suits them. Please make arrangements to download all documents needed prior to class and the additional resources given during the class.

Printing slides is a personal choice. Students can print and take notes on the slide itself, take notes electronically, or take notes on a plain sheet of paper. As a student, you know what works best for you.
